摘要:
目的:观察热敏灸结合项七针治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将63例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为热敏灸结合项七针治疗组(32例)与针刀松解结合手法对照组(31例); 治疗3周后观察并记录治疗前后颈椎病临床评价量表(CASCS)与颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表(ESCV)的评分。结果:两组治疗后临床症状积分均明显改善,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:热敏灸结合项七针治疗椎动脉型颈椎病可明显改善临床症状、体征。
Abstract:
To observe the clinical efficacy of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined nape seven needles in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of arterial type.Methods:63 patients with cervical spondylosis of arterial type were randomly divided into the treatment group(32 cases treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion combined nape seven needles)and control group(31 cases treated with acupotomy therapy combined with manipulations).Cervical disease clinical assessment scale(CASCS)and evaluating score for the symptoms and function rehabilitation of cervical vertigo(ESCV)before and after treatment were recorded after three weeks of treatment.Results:The clinical symptom scores were significantly improved after treatment and there were significant differences(P<0.05)between the two groups.Conclusion:Heat-sensitive moxibustion combined nape seven needles can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of arterial type.
