摘要:
目的:探讨单穴配合环跳穴深刺电针治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将全部入组80例患者随机分成治疗组40例与对照组40例。采用视觉疼痛评分(VAS)、腰椎功能评分对两组患者腰腿痛及腰椎功能恢复进行观察,治疗组采用单穴+环跳电针深刺,对照组采用常规取穴电针浅刺,各组的电针参数与针刺频度一致。结果:1个疗程治疗后两组VAS评分、腰椎功能评分均与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05),其中治疗组有效率为100%,对照组总有效率为87.5%.结论:与常规取穴电针相比,单穴配合环跳穴深刺电针对急性腰椎间盘突出症具有更好的镇痛及治疗作用。
Abstract:
To investigate the clinical efficacy of a single point with electric deep puncture of Huantiao in the treatment of acute lumbar disc herniation.Methods:All enrolled 80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=40)and control group(n= 40).The low back pain and lumbar functional recovery was observed in two groups using visual pain scale(VAS)and lumbar function scores.The treatment group received a single point and Huantiao electric deep puncture and the control group underwent conventional shallow electro -acupuncture.The electro - acupuncture parameters and frequency of acupuncture in each group is consistent.Results:The VAS score and lumbar function scores after a course of treatment has significant differences(P<0.05)compared with that before treatment.The total efficiency of the treatment group is significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment group was 100%.The total effective rate in the control group was 87.5%.Conclusion:Compared with conventional acupuncture points,single point with electric deep stab of Huantiao has better analgesic and therapeutic effect in the treatment of acute lumbar disc herniation.
