摘要:
目的:研究模块化牵引型夹板牵引功能的生物力学变化及牵引效果评价。方法:在成人上肢标本上于距离腕关节面20 mm处制作A2型桡骨远端骨折模型,经手法复位后,用模块化牵引型夹板进行固定,夹板分为5个牵引挡位,每个挡位的牵引长度为4 mm,总长度为20 mm; 在远端桡骨断端打入一根直径1 mm带有标签纸的克氏针作为测距的标记,利用激光位移传感器及拉力传感器测试夹板的牵引效果及随时间变化的情况。结果:随着夹板牵引长度的增加,克氏针也随之向远心端移动,最终移动了9 mm.结论:模块化牵引型夹板能够有效地轴向牵引骨折断端并维持牵引状态。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the biomechanical changes of the modular tractive type splint and evaluate the effects of traction. Methods: 1 upper extremity specimen was made model of type A2 fracture of the distal radius, and fixed with the modular tractive type splint after a manual reduction maneuver; the small splint has five gears, the total length is 20 mm. The kirschner wire with label was pinned into the distal end fracture. Laser displacement sensor and force sensor were applied to study the effects of traction and the relation of traction with time. Results: With the increasing of length of the traction of the small splint, kirschner wire moved to the distal end; the tractive length of kirschner wire was 9 mm totally. Conclusion: The modular tractive splint has effective traction and keeps the traction effectively.
