摘要:
目的:观察一指禅手法结合活血柔筋膏治疗肌性斜颈的临床疗效。方法:采用回顾性队列研究方法,通过收集2018年1月至2022年1月就诊的肌性斜颈患儿,根据纳入标准分为对照组(一指禅手法治疗)和观察组(一指禅手法结合活血柔筋膏治疗),比较两组患者治疗前及治疗2个月后颈部旋转角度、被动侧屈角度、胸锁乳突肌厚度、斜颈严重程度分级。结果:观察组38例,对照组28例,两组基线数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组患儿颈部被动侧屈角度、旋转角度、胸锁乳突肌厚度、斜颈严重程度分级明显好转,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且较对照组好转明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:一指禅手法结合活血柔筋膏治疗肌性斜颈可显著改善颈部关节活动度及胸锁乳突肌厚度,临床疗效优于单纯一指禅手法治疗。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of one-finger meditation technique combined with huoxue roujin ointment on the treatment of muscular torticollis.Methods:A retrospective cohort study was conducted to collect children with muscular torticollis from January 2018 to January 2022, and they were divided into control group(one-finger meditation technique)and observation group(one-finger meditation technique combined with huoxue rojin ointment)according to the arrangement criteria.Cervical rotation angle, passive lateral flexion angle, sternocleidomastoid muscle thickness and torticollis severity were compared between two groups before and 12 months after treatment.Results:There was no difference in baseline data between the two groups(P>0.05).The passive cervical flexion angle, rotation angle, sternocleidomastoid muscle thickness and torticollis severity were significantly improved in the observation group after treatment(P<0.05), and significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The one-finger meditation technique combined with huoxue roojin ointment can significantly improve the range of motion of the neck joint and the thickness of sternocleidomastoid muscle.
