摘要:
分析颈椎硬膜外腔穿刺深度与穿刺部位、体质量、身高、体质量指数(BMI)的关系。方法:对70例颈椎病住院患者不同穿刺部位所作的硬膜外腔穿刺深度与其体质量、身高及体质量指数进行统计学分析。结果:各节段穿刺深度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同节段不同性别之间深度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),体质量、身高及体质量指数与穿刺深度之间有抛物线形的线性关系。结论:体质量、身高及体质量指数与穿刺深度之间的线性关系对指导临床操作具有重要意义。
Abstract:
To analyze the relationship between the depth of site of cervical epidural puncture with depth of puncture, weight, height and obesity index.Methods:The puncture depth of cervical epidural puncture,the puncture site,weight,height and obesity index were recorded for the 70 cases of cervical spondylosis.The statistical analysis was used curve estimation.Results:There was significant difference between the puncture depth of cervical epidural puncture with the puncture site(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between gender with the puncture depth of the same cervical segments(P>0.05). There is a linear parabolic relationship between puncture depth with weight, height, obesity index.Conclusion:The linear relationship between cervical epidural puncture depth with weight, height, obesity index is helpful to guide clinical operation.
