网袋加压椎体成形术治疗Kummell病12例()

摘要:
目的:探讨网袋加压椎体成形术治疗Kummell病的临床疗效。方法:2015年9月至2016年9月,本科收治Kummell病12例,采用网袋加压椎体成形术进行治疗。观察椎体前缘高度比值、VAS评分及ODI功能障碍指数,随访至术后6个月。结果:所有患者均得到随访,术前椎体前缘高度30.2%±6.2%,术后1 d椎体前缘高度为64.6%±7.3%,术后6个月椎体前缘高度为63.5%±5.7%,术后椎体前缘高度较术前得到改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后6个月椎体前缘高度无明显丢失,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术前VAS评分为(6.85±1.24)分,术后1 d VAS评分为(1.57±0.80)分,术后6月VAS评分为(1.39±0.80)分,术后疼痛明显缓解,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与术后1 d相比,术后6个月疼痛无反复,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术前ODI评分为(78.29±12.71)分,术后1 d ODI评分为(13.61±12.67)分,术后6个月ODI评分为(14.02±2.41)分,术后生活功能明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与术后1 d相比,术后6个月生活功能无反复,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:网袋加压椎体成形术能有效缓解疼痛、恢复椎体高度、改善生活质量,是治疗Kummell病的有效方法。
