摘要:
目的:观察针刀松解与梅花针叩刺治疗菱形肌损伤的临床疗效与比较; 方法:采用单盲设计,将120例菱形肌损伤的患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例,治疗组行针刀松解治疗,对照组行梅花针叩刺,于治疗结束后第2天和治疗结束后3个月进行VAS评分和临床疗效评估。结果:治疗结束后第2天及治疗结束后3个月治疗组的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后3个月的VAS评分低于治疗后第2天的VAS评分(P<0.05),而对照组两个时间点之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。临床疗效评估方面,治疗后第2天两组之间的有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后3个月治疗组的有效率则高于对照组(P<0.05); 在对照组中,治疗后3个月时的有效率相比于治疗后第2天则降低(P<0.05)。结论:针刀松解治疗菱形肌损伤具有良好的临床疗效,且中远期效果稳定。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe and compare the therapeutic effect of cupotomelysis and percussopunctator for treating rhomboid muscles injury.Methods:This experiment adopts single-blind design,120 patients of rhomboid muscles injury were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group.The treatment group was managed with acupotomelysis,and the control group was managed with percussopunctator.Visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and clinical efficacy evaluation were estimated at the 2nd day and 3th months after treatment.Results:The VAS scores in the treatment group were decreased compared with those in the control group both at the 2nd day and 3th months after treatment(P<0.05).The VAS scores in the treatment group were decreased at 3th months after treatment compared with those at the 2nd day(P<0.05),however,the VAS scores in the control group had no statistical differences among the two time points(P>0.05).On clinical efficacy evaluation,there were no statistical differences among the two groups at the 2nd day(P>0.05),but the effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group three months after treatment(P<0.05).We also found that the effective rate in control group was decreased at 3th months after treatment compared with that at the 2nd day(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of acupotomelysis for treating rhomboid muscles injury is effective,and its long-term effect is stable.
