摘要:
目的:观察微针刀术治疗顽固性枕大神经炎的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2012年1月至2015年6月治疗顽固性枕大神经炎患者62例的疗效,其中微针刀治疗组34例,曲安奈德局部封闭对照组28例,2个疗程后观察疗效。结果:1)两组患者经不同方法治疗后的VAS评分较治疗前均有降低,治疗组较对照组更明显。2)治疗组临床控制率79.41%,总有效率97.06%; 对照组临床控制率57.14%,总有效率85.71%; 治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且不良反应少。结论:运用微针刀术治疗顽固性枕大神经炎疗效确切,安全性高,值得推广。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of micro needle knife in the treatment of intractable occipital neuritis.Methods:Retrospective analyzed curative effect of 62 patients with intractable occipital neuritis from January 2012 to June 2015,with 34 cases in the micro needle knife treatment group and 28 cases in the triamcinolone acetonide injection control group.The clinical effect was observed after two course of treatment.Results:1)The VAS scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than baseline.The VAS scores of treatment group were decreased more obvious than the control group.2)The clinical control rate and total effective rate was 79.41% and 97.06% in the control group respectively.The clinical control rate and total effective rate was 57.14% and 85.71% in the treatment group respectively.The clinical effect of treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and the adverse reaction was less than the control group.Conclusion:Using of micro needle knife treating for intractable occipital neuritis is effective and safe,so it is worthy for promotion.
