摘要:
目的:观察中药熏蒸对膝骨性关节炎(KOA)患者关节液SDF-1含量的影响,探讨中药熏蒸治疗膝骨性关节炎的可能机理。方法:选取符合纳入标准的KOA患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖片,观察组口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖片的同时配合中药熏蒸治疗,观察两组治疗前后WOMAC评分及临床疗效,比较关节液内SDF-1含量变化。结果:两组治疗临床效果均明显,治疗后WOMAC评分均明显下降,关节液内SDF-1含量均减少,但观察组临床效果更好,WOMAC评分下降更明显,关节液内SDF-1含量更多减少。结论:中药熏蒸治疗膝骨性关节炎有明显效果,可显著减少膝骨性关节炎患者关节液内SDF-1含量。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the effect of fumigation with traditional medicine on the content of SDF-1 in joint fluid of knee osteoarthritis and explore the mechanism of fumigation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods:KOA patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, 30 cases in each group.The control group was given oral administration of Glucosamine Sulfate Tablets, and the treatment group was given Glucosamine Sulfate Tablets combined with Chinese herbal fumigation treatment.WOMAC score and clinical efficacy were observed before and after treatment in two groups, and the changes of SDF-1 content in joint fluid were compared. Results: After treatment, the WOMAC scores of the two groups were significantly decreased, and the content of SDF-1 in the joint fluid was decreased. But the clinical effect of the treatment group was better, the WOMAC score decreased more significantly, and the content of SDF-1 in joint fluid decreased more. Conclusion:Fumigation with traditional Chinese medicine treating KOA has obvious effect, can significantly reduce the content of SDF-1 in joint fluid of patient with KOA.
