摘要:
目的:探索五劳七损方治疗强直性脊柱炎(AS)的有效性、安全性及可能的作用机理。方法:本研究应用ELISA的实验方法检测45 例AS 患者(AS组)治疗前后及50名健康人(健康组)血清Dickkopf-1(DKK-1)蛋白水平,并检测AS组治疗前后血沉(ESR)、C 反应蛋白(CRP)含量及相关临床疗效评价指标。治疗过程中观察不良反应。结果:治疗前AS 组血清DKK-1 水平明显低于健康组(P<0.05),经五劳七损方治疗后血清DKK-1水平较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),且与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后ESR和CRP较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05 或P<0.01); 相关临床疗效评价指标均较治疗前均明显改善(P<0.05)。患者治疗过程中未见明显不良反应。结论:五劳七损方改善AS 患者临床症状、体征疗效显著,其作用机制可能是通过升高血清DKK-1水平实现的。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the effect of Wulao Qisun formula on the level of Dickkopf-1(DKK1)in patients with ankylosing spondylitis(AS). Methods:The level of DKK1 was detected before and after treatment in 45 cases of AS(AS group)and 50 healthy people(control group)by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method. The levels of erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR), C-reactive protein(CRP), and evaluation index of clinical efficacy were detected in AS group. The adverse reactions were observed in the treatment. Results:Before treatment, the level of DKK-1 in the AS group was significantly lower than that of healthy group(P<0.05). After treatment, the level of DKK-1 was significantly increased in the AS group(P<0.05)and there was no significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). The levels of ESR and CRP, and the evaluation index of clinical efficacy were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05). There was no obvious adverse reaction occurring during the treatment. Conclusion:Wulao Qisun formula is effective and safe for treating AS, and its mechanism may be achieved by increasing the level of serum DKK-1.
