摘要:
目的:探讨忍冬藤痛风颗粒对急性痛风性关节炎模型大鼠的治疗作用及其作用机制。方法:用腺嘌呤和乙胺丁醇灌胃诱导动物高尿酸血症,并在此基础上用尿酸钠制作急性痛风性关节炎模型。观察忍冬藤痛风颗粒对各组大鼠血尿酸水平和肝脏XOD(黄腺呤氧化酶)活性的影响,并检测大鼠关节软组织MMP-3(基质金属蛋白酶-3)及LP-PLA2(腊蛋白磷醋酶A2)含量。结果:忍冬藤痛风颗粒能明显降低模型大鼠血尿酸、肝脏XOD和关节软组织MMP-3及LP-PLA2的表达。结论:忍冬藤痛风颗粒能降低高尿酸血症大鼠血尿酸水平,其机理可能与降低肝脏XOD活性有关; 忍冬藤痛风颗粒能减轻急性痛风性关节炎炎症反应,其作用机制可能与降低血尿酸、减少关节软组织MMP-3及LP-PLA2的表达有关。
Abstract:
Objective: To verify the therapeutic effect of lonicera japonica gout grain in gouty arthritis model rats and explore the mechanism. Methods:The animal hyperuricemia was induced by the use of adenine and ethambutol intragastric, then making acute gouty arthritis model with sodium urate. The effects of lonicera japonica gout grain on blood uric acid level and liver XOD activity was observed and the rat articular soft tissue MMP-3 and LP-PLA2 levels were detected. Results: Lonicera japonica gout grain can significantly reduce blood uric acid,liver XOD and MMP-3, LP-PLA2 expression of joint soft tissue in model rats. Conclusion: Lonicera japonica gout grain can reduce the blood uric acid level in rats with hyperuricemia and the mechanism may be associated with decrease of liver XOD activity. It can also reduce cute gouty arthritis inflammation, which may be associated with decrease of blood uric acid and MMP-3, LP-PLA2 expression of articular soft tissue.
