摘要:
目的:通过检测40~79岁武汉市居民的骨密度以及齿落、发白的状态,探讨其相关性。方法:选择武汉市40~79岁居民111例,检查齿落、发白情况并检测骨密度。结果:随着年龄的增长,齿落数、发白率、骨质疏松率逐渐增加。齿落者骨密度比非齿落者明显降低。骨质疏松组齿落程度比非骨质疏松组明显严重。发白者骨密度与非发白者相比,在40~49岁年龄段有明显的差异,50岁以后无明显差别。骨质疏松组发白程度与非骨质疏松组也有明显差异。结论:齿落数与骨质疏松率成正相关。发白率在40~49岁与骨质疏松率成正相关,50岁以后无明显相关性。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the relationship between bone mineral density(BMD)and dedentition as well as white hair in healthy Wuhan residents, aged 40~79 years.Methods: 111 cases aged 40~79 years in Wuhan city were selected to examine the dedentition, white hair and BMD.Results: The percentage of dedentition,white hair and osteoporosis increased gradually with advancing age.The BMD of dedentition cases were lower than that of no dedentition.The degree of dedentition in osteoporosis group was more seriously than that in healthy group.There was significant difference of BMD between the white hair group and no white hair group in 40~49 years old.However, there was no difference over 50 years old.In addition, there was significant difference in the degree of white hair between osteoporosis group and healthy group.Conclusion: The number of dedentition was closely relative to the rate of osteoporosis.The rate of white hair was relative to the rate of osteoporosis in 40~49 years old, however, there was no significant correlation over 50 years old.
