摘要:
目的:探讨自体垂直悬吊牵引对新西兰大白兔退变椎间盘病理组织的影响。方法:以16G针刺损伤18只新西兰大白兔腰椎椎体右前侧纤维环制备椎间盘退变模型,随机分为牵引组和对照组。牵引组(n=8)行自体垂直悬吊牵引,每天牵引30 min,连续牵引8周。对照组(n=8)不予治疗,分别于牵引后2、4、6、8周行腰椎侧位X线检查和病理组织学观察。结果:随着牵引时间的延长,牵引组腰椎间隙高度逐渐增加,椎间盘内的含水量及活椎间盘细胞数量增多,纤维环排列日趋规则。结论:自体垂直悬吊牵引可能延缓和抑制椎间盘退变。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effect of gravitational traction on histopathological change of degenerative disc of New Zealand white rabbits. Methods: In order to create intervertebral disc degeneration models, the right front side of the annulus fibrous of lumbar vertebrae of rabbits were damaged by 16-gauge needle. After confirming the success of modeling,16 animal models were randomized into 2 groups,8 of which received a routine gravitational traction using a model of our own design,30 min per day, for 8 weeks, while the control group received no treatment. Histopathological observation and lateral spine X-rays were performed in the 2nd,4th,6th and 8th week after intervention. Results: The height of intervertebral spaces, hydration and viable cell number of intervertebral disc in traction group gradually increased and annular fibrous arranged regularly. Conclusion: Gravitational traction may delay and inhibit intervertebral disc degeneration by increasing the number of viable disc cells and rehydration.
