摘要:
目的:探讨跟内侧神经阻滞联合牵伸训练治疗跟痛症的疗效。方法:对纳入研究的84例跟痛症患者,分为A、B两组:A组患者(45例)予以跟内侧神经阻滞联合跟腱及跖筋膜牵伸训练治疗; B组患者(39例)予以局部压痛点封闭联合牵伸训练治疗。统计2组患者治疗1周、2周、4周VAS评分,并进行分析比较。 结果:A组患者治疗1周及2周后VAS评分(4.18±2.37,2.65±1.29)分均小于B组(5.29±2.41,3.25±1.31)分,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后4周后2组VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论:跟内侧神经阻滞联合牵伸训练治疗跟痛症疗效满意。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of medial calcaneal nerve blocking method combined with stretching exercise in the treatment of painful heel syndrome. Methods:84 cases with painful heel syndrome were divided into group A and group B. Patients in group A(45 cases)were treated with medial calcaneal nerve blocking combined with stretching exercise of the heel tendon and the plantar fascia. Patients in group B(39 cases)were treated with tenderness points injection combined with the same stretching exercise. The visual analogue scales(VAS)were compared between two groups at 1st week, 2nd week, and 4th week. Results:The VAS score of group A(4.18±2.37, 2.65±1.29)were significantly lower than that of group B(5.29±2.41, 3.25±1.31)at 1st week and 2nd week respectively(P<0.05), there was no significant difference between two groups at 4th week(P>0.05).Conclusion:The medial calcaneal nerve block combined with stretching exercise on the treatment of painful heel syndrome is effective.
