摘要:
目的:观察高压氧干预治疗急性期肩周炎的疗效,指导临床治疗。方法:将2010年9月-2013年5月我科住院肩周炎急性期90例患者,为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组给予针刺、磁振热治疗仪等综合治疗,观察组除上述治疗外,给予高压氧治疗。采用疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)观察两组疼痛程度变化,采用肩关节功能活动Meller评分对肩关节上举、外展、后伸、旋转运动等动作进行量化评分对比研究。结果:观察组治愈率为65.90%,总有效率为95.45%; 对照组治愈率为40.00%,总有效率为80.00%.观察组与对照组治愈率及总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01); 观察组与对照组治疗前后VAS评分差值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组和对照组治疗前后肩关节功能活动Melle评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:高压氧干预对急性期肩周炎的综合治疗有明显疗效,临床可积极使用。
Abstract:
To observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen on acute scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods: Ninety patients of acute scapulohumeral periarthritis were divided into observation group(odd number)and control group(even number)according to admission number from September 2010 to May 2013. The control group had received acupuncture and magnetic resonance thermal therapy, and the observation group had received hyperbaric oxygen, acupuncture and magnetic resonance thermal therapy. Visual analogue score(VAS)and Meller score were evaluated. Results: The cure rate(65.90%)and total effective rate(95.45%)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(40.00% and 80.00%, P<0.01). The VAS and Meller score of two group were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.01). Conclusion: Hyperbaric oxygen is effective on the treatment of acute scapulohumeral periarthritis.
