摘要:
目的:探讨老年非特异性腰痛射频热凝脊神经后支的治疗方法,并对其疗效进行观察分析。方法:对我院2012年3月-2103年2月经确诊为老年非特异性腰痛的34例患者采用射频热凝脊神经后支治疗,并对其疗效进行回顾性观察和分析,临床效果评价采用视觉模拟疼痛评分法(VAS评分)及改良Macnab疗效评价标准。结果:34例患者均获随访,随访时间7～12个月,平均9个月。术后34例症状有不同程度改善,VAS评分较术前明显改善(P<0.05),改良Macnab疗效评价标准评价:术后优良率分别为82.3%(1周)、85.2%(1月)、79.4%(3月)、76.4%(6月)。术中未出现脊髓神经及大血管损伤或术后感染等并发症。手术时间为15～35 min,平均20 min,术后腰痛减轻或消失。结论:射频热凝脊神经后支治疗老年非特异性腰痛,是一种操作简便、安全、有效的微创手术。
Abstract:
To evaluate the efficacy of radiofrequency thermosetting on posterior ramus of lumbar spinal nerve in senile nonspecific low back pain. Methods: Thirty-four elderly patients with nonspecific low back pain were treated with radiofrequency thermosetting on posterior ramus of lumbar spinal nerve. The curative effect was evaluated after the treatment. Results: All patients were followed up for 7 to 12 months, averagely 9 months. The symptoms improved in 34 cases with total effective rate of 82.3%(1 week), 85.2%(1 month), 79.4%(3 month), and 76.4%(6 month). No spinal never and blood vessel injury occurred during the operation, and no postoperative infection occurred after the operation. The operation time was 15 to 35 min, averagely 20 min. Conclusion: Radiofrequency thermosetting is an advanced, safe and effective method for the elderly patients with nonspecific low back pain.
