摘要:
目的:观察健骨方对大鼠膝骨关节炎(OA)模型关节软骨的组织形态学的影响。方法:选用SD大鼠30只,随机分为正常组,模型组,健骨方组,采用Hulth 法制备大鼠膝骨关节炎模型,以健骨方灌胃为干预治疗手段,观察各组髁关节软骨大体、光镜下的病理变化。结果:正常组股骨髁关节软骨光滑如常; 模型组大鼠膝关节软骨组织出现坏死,失去原有结构,潮线破坏,坏死组织脱落,有大量纤维组织增生,Mankin's 评分与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 健骨方组软骨表面局部粗糙不平、溃疡形成,移行层有水肿、变形,在坏死区两侧可见软骨基质,染色不一。 结论:健骨方对 Hulth 模型所致的骨关节炎软骨损伤有明显的保护作用。
Abstract:
To observe the influence of Jiangu decoction on knee osteoarthritis(OA)in rats model of articular cartilage histomorphology.Methods:40 SD rats were chosen to make rats model of knee osteoarthritis by Hulth technique,and Jiangu decoction was fed for therapeutic intervention.Pathological change of condylar cartilage was observed in general and in the light microscope.Results:The femoral condyle articular cartilage is smooth as usual in normal group.Knee cartilage tissue necrosis occurred in model group and tide line was damaged.The pathological changes were necrosis and excoriation of cartilage,a large number of fibrotic proliferation.There was significant difference in Mankin's score compared with the that of normal group(P<0.05).In Jiangu decoction group,partial cartilage surface was rough. Ulceration,transitional layer edema and deformation were visible.There were cartilage matrix on both sides of necrotic areas with different staining.Conclusion:Jiangu decoction has obvious protective effect on osteoarthritis cartilage damage caused by Hulth model.
