摘要:
目的:观察三色膏联合微波治疗急性踝关节扭伤的临床疗效,并进行对比研究。方法:将60例急性踝关节扭伤患者随机分为2组:治疗组30例,予三色膏联合微波治疗; 对照组30例,予单纯微波治疗。治疗2周后观察两组临床疗效,治疗前后主要症状、体征的变化情况。结果:经治疗后,两组患者疗效比较,总有效率治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后主要症状、体征积分与本组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后主要症状、体征积分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05, P<0.01),提示治疗组在改善患者关节症状、体征方面优于对照组。结论:三色膏联合微波治疗急性踝关节扭伤可有效缓解关节疼痛、减轻关节肿胀、改善踝关节活动功能。
Abstract:
Objective: To study the clinical curative effect of Sanse plaster combined with microwave in the treatment of acute ankle sprain. Methods: All 60 patients with acute ankle sprain were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30). Patients in treatment group received Sanse plaster combined with microwave therapy, and patients in control group received microwave therapy. The therapeutic effect was observed after two weeks. Results: The total efficiency in treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05)after the treatment. There was significant difference(P<0.01)in the symptom and sign scores of two groups before and after treatment. The symptom and sign scores in the treatment group were better than control group(P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: Sanse plaster combined with microwave therapy can effectively relieve pain, reduce swelling, and improve the function of acute ankle sprain.
