摘要:
目的:观察古方青娥丸治疗对绝经后骨质疏松症患者骨密度和骨转换标志物的远期影响。方法:60例绝经后骨质疏松患者随机分为青娥丸治疗组(治疗组)及安慰剂对照组(对照组),治疗6个月,随访1年。分别在治疗前、服药6月后、停药1年后检测患者骨密度及血清中骨转换标志物和雌激素的水平。结果:治疗组两次观察期骨密度未见明显增加,骨吸收标志物β-CTX水平降低(P<0.01),对照组骨密度持续下降,骨转换标志物水平无明显变化。结论:青娥丸治疗对绝经后骨质疏松患者骨密度的维持有长期效应,并有抑制骨吸收的效果。
Abstract:
This study aimed to evaluate the long-term effect of Chinese herbal Qing'e Pill on BMD and bone turnover markers in patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods:60 patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis were randomly divided into Qing'e pill treatment group and placebo control group. The patients in both groups received treatment for 6 months, and a follow-up of 1 year. The BMD, bone turnover markers, and estrogen levels were detected in each patient at baseline, 6 months after treatment and 1 year after medication discontinuation respectively. Results:In Qing'e treatment group, there was no significantly increased bone mineral density in either observation period, whereas β-CTX, a bone resorption marker was decreased after 6 months(P<0.01). However, BMD levels were significantly decreased in both the observation periods in control group. There was no significant difference in bone turnover markers compared with those at the baseline. Conclusion:Qing'e pill has a long-term effect on maintaining BMD, and an effect on inhibiting bone resorption in patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis.
