摘要:
目的:通过二仙汤对绝经后骨质疏松症进行临床治疗,客观评价二仙汤对多种细胞因子的作用及临床应用效果。方法:将肝肾不足型的绝经后骨质疏松症患者60例,随机分成治疗组(服用二仙汤)和对照组(每日口服60 mg雷洛昔芬)各30例,治疗周期6个月。记录治疗前后骨密度、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、白细胞介素1(IL-1)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)等细胞因子情况。结果:在VAS评分和骨密度的改善上,两组患者治疗前和治疗结束后差异有统计学意义(P<0.01); IL-1,IL-6和TNF-α的比较汇总,两组患者治疗前和治疗后的骨密度分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但在治疗6个月后,二仙汤组较对照组改善明显。结论:二仙汤对肝肾不足型绝经后骨质疏松症疼痛、骨密度均有一定的改善效果,同时能够降低IL-1,IL-6和TNF-α等细胞因子指标,在IL-6指标改善方面使用雷洛昔芬效果更明显。
Abstract:
To evaluate the effect of Erxian decoction on multiple cytokines and clinical application through the clinical treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods: 60 postmenopausal osteoporosis patients with liver and kidney deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group(Erxian decoction)and control group(raloxifene 60 mg once a day), continuous administration for 6 months. There were 30 cases in each group, and the treatment period was 6 months. Before and after treatment, bone mineral density, visual analog score(VAS), interleukin-1(IL-1), interleukin-6(IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and other cytokines were recorded.Results:In the improvement of VAS score and BMD, there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01). In the comparison and summary of IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-α, there was significant difference in BMD distribution between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01). But after 6 months of treatment, Erxian decoction group were improved significantly compared with the control group.Conclusion:Erxian decoction can improve the pain and bone mineral density of postmenopausal osteoporosis with deficiency of liver and kidney, and reduce the cytokines such as IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-α. In the improvement of IL-6, raloxifene is more effective.
