摘要:
目的:探讨术前三维(3D)打印技术在胫腓骨骨折手术中提高疗效的可行性。方法:自2017年1月至2018年12月入住本院并进行胫腓骨骨折手术治疗患者共124例,随机平分为对照组和观察组。对照组使用临床常规的治疗方法对患者进行手术,观察组则是使用3D打印技术对患者进行临床手术的治疗。记录两组患者的年龄、性别、受伤部位、手术时间、术中出血情况、术中透视次数、骨折复位情况、并发症发病率。结果:纳入本研究共124例患者,其中男86例,女38例; 年龄19~54岁; 患者随机平分为对照组和3D打印组。两组患者的年龄、性别、部位方面差异无统计学意义(P<0.05); 3D打印组术中出血量(103.4±10.25)mL优于对照组(142.5±15.76)mL,差异有统计学意义(t=58.474,P<0.001); 3D 打印组手术时间(62.7±8.94)min优于对照组(75.4±7.83)min,差异有统计学意义(t=42.875,P<0.001); 3D 打印组术中透视次数(1.63±0.33)次优于对照组(2.12±0.54)次,差异有统计学意义(t=25.786,P<0.001); 并发症发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个体化3D 打印技术可降低胫腓骨骨折手术时间、术中出血量、减少术中透视次数及并发症发生率,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the feasibility of preoperative 3D printing technique to improve the curative effect of tibial and fibular fractures.Methods:124 patients were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 for surgical treatment of tibia and fibular fractures,who were randomly divided into conventional clinical methods,and the observation group used 3D printing technology To perform clinical surgery on the patient.Age, sex,injury site,the time of operation,bleeding in operation,the number of intraoperative fluoroscopy,the reduction of fracture and the incidence of complications were recorded.Results:124 patients were included in the study,including 86 men and 38 women,aged 19 to 54.The patients were randomly divided into control group and 3D printing group.There was no significant difference in age,sex and location between the two groups(P<0.05).The bleeding volume(103.4±10.25)in the 3D printing group was better than that in the control group(142.5±15.76),and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(t=58.474,P<0.001); The surgical time(62.7±8.94)in the 3D printing group was better than that in the control group(75.4±7.83),and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(t=42.875,P<0.001); The number of perspectives(1.63±0.33)in the 3D printing group was better than that in the control group(2.12±0.54),and the difference was statistically significant compared to the control group(t=25.786,P<0.001).Conclusion:The individualized 3D printing technique can reduce the operation time,the bleeding situation,the number of intraoperative perspective and the incidence of complications of tibia and fibular fractures.The result is remarkable,and it is worthy of clinical application.
