目的:研究可注射性磷酸钙骨水泥注射椎体成形术后对骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的生物力学影响。方法:选用12具骨质疏松性脊柱标本制作腰椎椎体压缩性骨折模型,分为实验组和对照组,分别应用可注射性磷酸钙骨水泥(CPC)与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯骨水泥(PMMA)椎体成形术后,进行生物力学检测。结果:腰椎标本椎体注射成形后,其刚度、最大载荷、最大位移与术前相比,均有所改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);CPC组刚度、最大载荷、最大位移均明显高于PMMA组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯骨水泥相比,注射性磷酸钙骨水泥可以更有效地恢复骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折术后力学性质。
- Abstract:

Objective:To detect the biomechanical change after the injection of calcium phosphate cement (CPC) for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. Methods: All 12 model of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 6 cases in each group. They were applied with CPC and polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) to complete vertebroplasty surgery separately, and then the biomechanical properties were detected respectively. Results: The stiffness, maximum displacement and maximum load operation of the all lumbar vertebral specimens have improved significantly, than before (P<0.05). The stiffness, maximum displacement and maximum load operation of the CPC group were significantly higher than those of PMMA group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The injectable CPC can effectively restore the mechanical properties of the patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures comparing to the PAMA.
