摘要:
目的:探讨治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效可靠且安全的治疗方法。方法:选择1996年6月-2011年6月收治的椎动脉型颈椎病患者,分为手法治疗组、药物治疗组和综合治疗组,进行临床分析。结果:手法治疗组临床治愈率及总有效率分别为57.32%和85.37%,药物治疗组分别为62.50% 和84.38%,综合治疗组分别为84.52%和95.24%.经Ridit分析,3组疗效比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。综合治疗组疗效明显优于手法治疗组和药物治疗组。结论:综合治疗组治疗椎动脉型颈椎病可获得满意疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Abstract:
To detect an effective and safe method in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. Methods:The vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis patients which were treated from 1996 to 2011 were divided into manipulative treatment group, medicine treatment group, and combined therapy group. There were no significant differences in general data(P>0.05). Results:The clinical cure rate and the total effective rate were 57.32% and 85.37% respectively in the manipulative treatment group, 62.50% and 84.38% respectively in the medicine treatment group, and 84.52% and 95.24% respectively in the combined therapy group. By Ridit analysis, the curative effect were significant different in above three groups(P<0.05). The effectiveness of combined therapy group was superiority to the treatment group. Conclusion:The curative effect of combined therapy is significantly superiority to manipulative treatment and medicine treatment, and it is worth for clinical application.
