摘要:
郭诚杰教授认为痹证皆由正气不足,腠理空虚,不能御邪,以致风寒湿热之邪侵袭机体致病,病机多虚实夹杂,虚、郁、瘀互为交错,病位多在肝肾。郭诚杰教授谨守病机,提出痹证以经脉痹阻为核心,正气不足为基础,提出“以肝为枢”的理论指导痹证治疗,治疗原则以“疏通调补”为主,主要治法囊括疏肝、调肝、通经、通气、补气血、补肝肾、滋阴等,临床重视精准辨病辨证,倡导分期论治,针刺以循经取穴为主,用药擅长以生麦芽疏肝、温药除痹,同时配合调畅情志,运动锻炼,顾护正气以防止病情反复,临床效果显著,值得借鉴和推广。
Abstract:
Professor Guo Chengjie believes that Bi syndrome is caused by the deficiency of healthy Qi,the emptiness of Cou Li,can not rule evil,so that the evil of wind cold and damp heat attacks the body and causes disease,and the disease is more than the combination of deficiency and excess,deficiency,stagnation and stasis.Guo scrupulously observed the pathogenesis,put forward the theory of liver as the core to guide the treatment of Bi syndrome,the treatment principle is based on dredging and tonifying,the main treatment methods include soothing the liver,regulating the liver,menses,ventilation,invigorating Qi and blood,tonifying the liver and kidney,nourishing Yin,etc.Clinical attention is paid to accurate disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,advocating stage treatment.Acupuncture is mainly based on the selection of points through the meridian,and the drug is good at soothing the liver with malt and warming drugs to remove arthralgia.At the same time,the clinical effect is remarkable,and it is worth learning and promoting.
