摘要:
目的:观察并比较关节镜手术治疗与非手术治疗原发性冻结肩的临床效果。方法:选取2016年6月至2019年1月收治的原发性冻结肩患者50例,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组采用关节镜下松解,对照组采用中药熏蒸及关节腔注射,采用ASES,UCLA 及 VAS评分评定两组患者的临床疗效。 结果:两组患者治疗后肩关节各项指标都有所好转,观察组在治疗后4周ASES,UCLA评分优于对照组,在治疗后12周及半年ASES,UCLA及VAS评分都优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:非手术治疗及肩关节镜治疗对于原发性冻结肩都是有效的治疗方法,但关节镜下松解远期效果更明显,值得临床推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic surgery and non-surgical treatment of primary frozen shoulder.Methods:Fifty patients with primary frozen shoulders were randomly divided into observation group and control group from June 2016 to January 2019.The observation group was treated with arthroscopic release,and the control group was treated with Chinese medicine fumigation and joint cavity injection.The ASES,UCLA and VAS scores of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results:The indexes of the shoulder joints were improved after treatment.The ASES and UCLA scores of the observation group were better than the control group at 4 weeks after treatment.The ASES,UCLA and VAS scores were better than the control group at 12 weeks and half a year after treatment,and there were significant differences in two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Non-surgical treatment and shoulder arthroscopy are effective treatments for primary frozen shoulders.However,the long-term effect of arthroscopic release is more obvious and worthy of clinical promotion.
