摘要:
目的:探讨采用鞭结式缝合法修复急性跟腱断裂的效果。方法:2013年1月至2016年1月,试验组采用采用鞭结式缝合法修复急性跟腱断裂15例,另外用改良Kessler 缝合法15例作为对照组。结果:鞭结式缝合法与改良Kessler 缝合法在切口长度(P=0.078)、术中出血量(P=0.089)、手术时间(P=0.112)、住院时间(P=0.211)和愈合时间(P=0.338),差异都无统计学意义。鞭结式缝合法组术后并发症总发生率与改良Kessler组无明显区别,差异无统计学意义(P=0.121)。两组患者患肢功能均恢复良好,优良率达100%.结论:采用鞭结式缝合法可作为急性跟腱断裂新的治疗策略,操作方便,疗效满意,并发症少。
