摘要:
目的:探讨桡骨远端骨折患者采用充气式可调节压垫小夹板外固定治疗的效果,并分析该治疗方案的有效性及安全性。方法:前瞻性纳入2021年1月至2023年1月80例桡骨远端骨折患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(40例,传统压垫夹板外固定治疗)和观察组(40例,充气式可调节压垫小夹板外固定治疗)。治疗3个月后,观察两组患者骨折复位优良率,对比两组患者治疗前后骨痂生长情况、腕关节功能、血清生化指标(骨形态发生蛋白2(BMP-2)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)),并统计两组患者并发症情况。结果:观察组患者骨折复位优良率(90.00%)比对照组(70.00%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 治疗后,观察组患者骨痂生长评分及Cooney评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 治疗后,观察组患者BMP-2、IGF-1、VEGF水平比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 两组患者并发症比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:充气式可调节压垫小夹板外固定治疗可升高桡骨远端骨折患者血清生化指标,促进骨痂生长和腕关节功能恢复,提高骨折复位优良率,减少并发症。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effect of external fixation with inflatable adjustable pressure pad splint for patients with distal radius fracture,and analyze the effectiveness and safety of this treatment scheme.Methods:80 patients with distal radius fractures from January 2021 to January 2023 were prospectively included,and randomly divided into control group(40 cases,treated with traditional pressure pad splint external fixation)and observation group(40 cases,treated with inflatable adjustable pressure pad splint external fixation).After 3 months of treatment,the excellent and good rate of fracture reduction was observed,and the callus growth,wrist function,serum biochemical indexes(bone morphogenetic protein 2(BMP-2),insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF))before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the complications of the two groups were counted.Results:The excellent rate of fracture reduction in the observation group(90.00%)was higher than that in the control group(70.00%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the callus growth score and Cooney score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of BMP-2,IGF-1 and VEGF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:External fixation with inflatable adjustable pressure pad splint can adjust the serum biochemical indexes of patients with distal radius fracture,promote callus growth,wrist joint function recovery,improve the excellent rate of fracture reduction and reduce complications.
