摘要:
痛风性关节炎是临床多发病,因嘌呤代谢及排泄异常,体内血尿酸浓度过高,尿酸盐沉积在关节周围引起局部炎症的代谢性疾病。周福贻教授对痛风治疗有特色经验,认为痛风性关节病根本病机为津液代谢失常后“痰邪”内生所致,主张治以“行气化痰”大法随证化裁。周福贻教授认为本病治疗分三期四证,即发作期、缓解期、痛风石期,证型分痰热蕴结证、气滞痰结证、血瘀痰凝证、脾虚痰积证,治疗上采用清热化痰,行气活血,行气化痰,通络化痰和健脾化痰。
Abstract:
Gouty arthritis is a clinically common metabolic disease caused by abnormal purine metabolism and excretion,high blood uric acid concentration,and deposition of urate salts around the joints,leading to local inflammation.Professor Zhou Fuyi has unique experience in the treatment of gout and believes that the root cause of gouty joint disease is the endogenous “phlegm evil” caused by abnormal body fluid metabolism.He advocates that the treatment should be based on the principle of “promoting Qi and transforming phlegm” according to the syndrome.Professor Zhou Fuyi believes that the treatment of this disease can be divided into three stages and four syndromes:the attack stage,the remission stage,and the gout stone stage.The syndrome types are divided into phlegm heat accumulation syndrome,Qi stagnation phlegm accumulation syndrome,blood stasis phlegm coagulation syndrome,and spleen deficiency phlegm accumulation syndrome.Treatment involves clearing heat and resolving phlegm,promoting Qi and blood circulation,promoting Qi and resolving phlegm,unblocking collaterals and resolving phlegm,and strengthening the spleen and resolving phlegm.
