摘要:
目的:探讨缝线桥技术治疗前交叉韧带(ACL)胫骨端止点撕脱骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取前交叉韧带胫骨端止点撕脱骨折病例,记录手术时间、Lachman试验阳性例数及KT-1000膝关节稳定度测试仪的差值,手术前后患膝活动度、Lysholm评分和Tergner评分; 测量股骨与胫骨机械轴夹角(MFTA)和胫骨近端内侧角(MPTA)评判是否存在畸形。结果:术后患膝Lysholm评分、国际膝关节文献委员会(IKDC)评分及活动度较术前改善,Lachman试验弱阳性3例。KT-1000膝关节稳定度测试仪差值平均为(1.65±0.52)mm,股骨与胫骨机械轴夹角为-3°~3°,胫骨近端内侧角88.2°±0.8°。结论:缝线桥技术是治疗前交叉韧带胫骨端止点撕脱骨折的一种安全有效的方法。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of suture bridge in avulsion fracture at the insertion of the anterior cruciate ligament.Methods:30 patients treated by our department for avulsion fracture at the anterior cruciate ligament insertion were included to record the duration of operation,Lachman test-positive cases,mean side-to-side KT-1000 difference,pre- and post-operative range of motion of the affected knee,and the Lysholm and the Tegner activity scores of the affected knee.Additionally,the mechanical femorotibial angle(MFTA)and the medial proximal tibial angle(MPTA)were measured to detect deformity.Results:Compared with the preoperative range of motion,Lysholm score,and International Knee Documentation Committee(IKDC)Subjective Knee Form score,significant improvements were observed after operation.Weakly positive Lachman test results were reported in 3 cases.The mean side-to-side KT-1000 difference was(1.65±0.52)mm,MFTA was -3° to 3°,while MPTA was 88.2°±0.8°.Conclusion:Suture bridge is a safe and effective way for patients with avulsion fracture at the anterior cruciate ligament insertion.
