摘要:
目的:探讨针刺配合红外线照射治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:回顾性分析2019年6月至2021年3月治疗的60例膝骨性关节炎患者,选取单纯氟比洛芬凝胶贴膏治疗的30例作为对照组,选取在此基础上加用针刺配合红外线照射治疗的30例作为观察组。分析比较治疗前及治疗2周、4周后两组患者膝关节功能改善情况(以WOMAC评分量表评估)及疼痛程度的改善情况(以VAS 评分评估)。结果:治疗前两组WOMAC评分及VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); 治疗2周后,两组患者的WOMAC评分及VAS评分较治疗前明显好转(P<0.05),观察组WOMAC评分高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 治疗4周后两组数据比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针刺配合红外线照射联合氟比洛芬凝胶贴膏外贴对改善患者膝关节功能、缓解疼痛近期效果显著,但远期疗效两组无明显差异。
Abstract:
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture combined with infrared irradiation on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:60 patients with knee osteoarthritis were retrospectively analyzed from June 2019 to March 2021.30 patients treated with flurbiprofen gel plaster alone were selected as the control group, and 30 patients treated with acupuncture combined with infrared irradiation on this basis of control group were selected as the observation group.The improvement of knee function(assessed by WOMAC scale)and the improvement of pain degree(assessed by VAS score)were analyzed and compared between the two groups before treatment and 2 and 4 weeks after treatment.Results:There was no significant difference in WOMAC score and VAS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There was significantly improvement of the WOMAC score and significantly decline of the VAS score in two groups after 2 weeks of treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05).The WOMAC score of the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups after 4 weeks treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with infrared irradiation combined with flurbiprofen gel plaster has significant efficacy on improving knee joint function and relieving pain in the external close stage, but there is no significant difference in long-term efficacy between the two groups.
