摘要:
目的:观察肌骨超声引导下针刀配合冲击波治疗肱二头肌长头肌腱炎的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2020年9月至2021年12月40例采用肌骨超声引导下针刀配合冲击波治疗肱二头肌长头肌腱炎患者病例资料。记录治疗前、后的疼痛模拟视觉量表(VAS)评分、Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分(CMS)、超声下肱二头肌长头肌腱、腱鞘厚度及腱鞘积液最大径数值,并采用配对样本t检验和Wilcoxon秩和检验,统计临床有效率评定疗效。结果:治疗后VAS评分为(1.20±0.41)分,CMS为(92.25±1.35)分,超声下肱二头肌长头肌腱厚度为(3.79±0.76)mm、腱鞘厚度为(1.03±0.24)mm及腱鞘积液最大径为(0.10±0.05)mm,临床有效率为95.00%,各数据差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肌骨超声引导下针刀配合冲击波治疗肱二头肌长头肌腱炎具有动态检查优势,操作可视化、精准度高、靶向治疗以及疗效评价可量化观察优势,值得临床推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of ultrasound-guided acupotomy combined with shockwave on the treatment of tendinitis of the long head of biceps tendon.Methods:40 patients who received ultrasound-guided acupotomy combined with shockwave therapy for tendinitis of the long head of biceps tendon from September 2020 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The data before and after treatment were recorded,and paired sample T test and Wilcoxon rank sum test were performed.The clinical effective rate was counted,and the curative efficacy was evaluated.Results:After treatment,VAS was(1.20±0.41)points; CMS was(92.25±1.35)points; the thickness of biceps long head tendon was(3.79±0.76)mm; the thickness of tendon sheath was(1.03±0.24)mm,and the maximum diameter of tendon sheath fluid was(0.10±0.05)mm.The clinical effective rate was 95.00%.The differences of all data were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided acupotomy combined with shockwave therapy on the treatment of tendinitis of the long head of biceps tendon has advantages of dynamic examination,visualization of operation,high precision,targeted therapy and quantitative observation of efficacy evaluation,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
