摘要:
目的:探讨跗骨窦螺钉联合软组织手术治疗儿童柔韧性平足症的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析12名(共21足)用跗骨窦螺钉HyProcure联合软组织手术治疗的平足症患儿临床资料,比较手术前后患儿VAS评分、AOFAS评分以及足负重正位X线片测得的距骨第一跖骨角、距舟覆盖角,负重侧位距骨第一跖骨角等角度变化。结果:12名患儿皆获得随访,随访(22.25±3.79)个月(18~30个月)。术后随访中患儿VAS评分、AOFAS评分以及足负重正位 X 线片测得的距骨第一跖骨角、距舟覆盖角,负重侧位距骨第一跖骨角皆较术前改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2例(2足)患儿跗骨窦疼痛明显,其中1例要求取出内固定。结论:跗骨窦螺钉联合软组织手术治疗儿童柔韧性平足症临床疗效良好,可达到改善患儿足部畸形、缓解疼痛的目的。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of tarsal sinus screw combined with soft tissue procedures in treating flexible flatfoot in children.Methods:The clinical data of 12 children(21 feet)treated with HyProcure combined with soft tissue procedures were retrospectively analyzed.The VAS scores,AOFAS scores,first talar-to-first metatarsal angle,talonavicular coverage angle,and first Meary angle of talus on the side of weight-bearing were compared before and after operation.Results:All 12 children were followed up for(22.25±3.79)months(18 to 30 months).The VAS scores,AOFAS scores,talar-to-first metatarsal angle,talonavicular coverage angle and Meary angle were all had statistical significant improvements compared with the preoperative values(P<0.01).2 cases(2 feet)had significant pain in the tarsal sinus,1 of which required removal of the internal fixation.Conclusion:Tarsal sinus screw combined with soft tissue procedures is clinically effective on the treatment of children with flexible flatfoot,which can improve the foot deformity of children and relieve pain.
