摘要:
目的:总结赵文海教授虚实辩证治疗急性腰扭伤的疗效。方法:观察急性腰扭伤患者186例,其中实证174例,采用散寒、化瘀、止痛配合升阳发汗之法,虚证12例以滋阴补液、理气通经为法,选方醴泉饮加减,对比患者治疗前后中医病证诊断疗效、VAS评分及腰椎活动度情况。结果:总有效率为93.54%,其中实证总有效率为94.83%,虚证总有效率为75.00%,VAS评分中两组治疗前后均有显著差异,腰椎活动度治疗前后有明显改善。结论:赵文海教授运用虚实辨证、针药并施的方法,治疗急性腰扭伤疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective:To summarize the therapeutic efficacy of professor Zhao Wenhai on acute lumbar sprain based on syndrome differentiation of deficiency and excess.Methods:186 cases of acute lumbar sprain were selected.174 cases of excess syndrome were treated by warming meridians, removing blood stasis and relieving pain and sweating in ascending Yang, and 12 cases of deficiency syndrome were treated with nourishing Yin and tonifying fluid, regulating Qi and clearing meridians.Liquan decoction was selected to add and decrease.The diagnostic efficacy standard, VAS score and lumbar activity of TCM syndrome before and after treatment were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 93.54% with empirical evidence of 94.83% and deficiency syndrome of 75.00%.There were differences in the VAS score between the two groups before and after treatment, and the lumbar spine mobility had been significantly improved before and after treatment.Conclusion:Professor Zhao Wenhai’s method based on syndrome differentiation of deficiency and excess with the combination of acupuncture and medicine reveals satisfied efficacy in treating acute lumbar sprain.
