摘要:
目的:探讨手法复位夹板固定治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2016年1月至2020年12月在本院采用手法复位夹板固定治疗的54例老年肱骨近端骨折患者。根据Neer分型:二部分骨折39例,三部分骨折8例,四部分骨折7例。年龄66～92岁,平均(73.2±2.4)岁; 男33 例,女21 例。结果:所有病例均获得12个月随访。所有患者获得一期愈合,其中肩关节功能Neer评分为(88.13±11.46)分,总优良率为81.5%。结论:手法复位夹板固定治疗应用于老年肱骨近端骨折具有较优的临床效果,并发症少,容易被患者接受,值得临床推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the clinical effIcacy of manual reduction and splint fixation in treating of senile proximal humeral fracture. Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on 54 elderly patients with proximal humeral fractures treated with manual reduction and splint fixation in authors’ hospital from January 2016 to December 2020. According to Neer classification, 39 cases were two-part fracture, 8 cases were three-part fracture, and 7 cases were four-part fracture. They were aged from 66 to 92 years old with(73.2±2.4)years old on average. There were 33 males and 21 females. Results:All patients were followed up for 12 months. All patients acheived primary healing, and the Neer score of shoulder joint function was(88.13±11.46)with a total excellent and good rate of 81.5%. Conclusion:Manipulative reduction and splint fixation for senile proximal humerus fracture has better clinical efficacy and less complication, which is easy to be accepted by patients and worthy of clinical promotion
