摘要:
目的:观察肩关节镜下盂肱关节前方松解治疗原发性冻结肩的有效性及安全性。方法:选择2017年3月至2019年6月收治入院的30例患者,采集术前及术后的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)、Constant-Murley评分、复旦大学肩关节功能评分(FUSS)及肩关节各方向的被动活动度进行统计学分析。结果:手术前后关节功能评分及肩关节活动度比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肩关节镜下盂肱关节前方松解对原发性冻结肩具有微创、安全可控、疗效明确的优点,值得临床推广应用。
Abstract:
To observe the efficacy and safety of shoulder arthroscopic release of anterior glenohumeral joint in treating idiopathic frozen shoulder.Methods: 30 patients admitted into our hospital during the period from March 2017 to June 2019 were included in this research.The preoperative and postoperative visual analog scale(VAS), Constant-Murley score, Fudan University shoulder score(FUSS)and passive range of motion in different directions of the shoulder joint were collected for a statistical analysis.Results: Preoperative joint function score and shoulder range of motion statistically improved as compared with postoperative values(P<0.05).Conclusion: The shoulder arthroscopic release of anterior glenohumeral joint for idiopathic frozen shoulder is a minimally invasive, safe and controllable method with obvious therapeutic efficacy, which is worthy of wider clinical application.
