摘要:
目的:探讨切开复位内固定术治疗胫骨平台骨折术后膝关节功能恢复的影响因素。方法:回顾性分析2015年1月至2019年1月就诊的114位胫骨平台骨折患者,共116例胫骨平台骨折。将患者术后功能恢复的结果与可能影响患者功能恢复的因素(包括性别、年龄、体质量指数、糖尿病史、吸烟史、创伤机制、Schatzker分型、术前平台塌陷程度及软组织合并伤共9个指标)进行单因素统计学分析。结果:116例胫骨平台骨折内固定术后12个月时随访结果:复位优良率为95.8%,功能恢复优良率为74.0%,平均膝关节活动度为127°。结论:性别、年龄、体质量指数、创伤机制、Schatzker分型等因素中无独立因素可预测患者术后12个月时的功能恢复结果; 术后6个月内是功能恢复的关键期; 复位良好患者不一定有良好的功能恢复结果,而复位欠佳的患者也可能有良好的功能恢复结果。
Abstract:
To explore the influencing factors of postoperative functional recovery in patients with tibial plateau fracture who were treated with open reduction and fixation.Methods:There were 114 patients with a total of 116 tibial plateau fractures were treated with open reduction and fixation and be followed-up from January 2015 to January 2019.Statistical correlation was analyzed between the functional recovery and the factors including the age,gender,BMI,history of diabetes,smoking history,the trauma mechanism,the style Schatzker classifications,the depth of platform collapse.Results:12 months follow up of 116 fractures revealed that the good reduction rate with 95.8%,the good functional recovery rate with 74.0%,and mean motion degree of the knees with 127°.Conclusion:Among the the age,gender body mass index(BMI),history of diabetes,smoking history,the trauma mechanism,the style Schatzker classifications,the depth of platform collapse,there is no single factor that can predict the functional recovery after the surgery.The 6 months after the surgery is the critical period for the functional recovery.Good reduction does not mean the good functional recovery.Many patients have an imperfect reduction results,but they can obtain a good functional recovery.
