摘要:
目的:观察小针刀治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年12月治疗的膝骨性关节炎患者80例,给予小针刀治疗。观察所有患者治疗后的临床疗效,记录治疗前后特种外科医院(HSS)评分、Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分、数字疼痛分级法(NRS)评分及压痛点个数,同时记录治疗过程中的不良反应。结果:所有患者治疗后的总有效率为95%; 治疗后患者NRS评分明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 压痛点个数明显少于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); HSS评分及BBS评分与治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); 治疗过程中的不良反应率为3.75%。结论:小针刀治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效良好,能缓解疼痛,且具有较高的治疗安全性。
Abstract:
To observe the clinical curative efficacy of acupotomy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:80 KOA patients in the hospital during the period from January 2018 to December 2019 were enrolled.All patients were treated with acupotomy.The clinical curative efficacy on all patients was observed.The scores of hospital for special surgery(HSS),Berg balance scale(BBS),numerical rating scale(NRS)and number of tender points before and after treatment were recorded.The adverse reactions during treatment were recorded.Results:The total efficiency was 95%.The NRS score of patients after treatment was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and number of tender points was significantly decreased(P<0.05).No significant differences was found in scores of HSS and BBS before and after treatment(P>0.05).The adverse reaction rate during treatment was 3.75%.Conclusion:The clinical curative efficacy of acupotomy is well on KOA,which can alleviate pain with reliable safety.
