摘要:
目的: 探讨踇长屈肌腱转位修复陈旧性跟腱断裂的手术技巧和临床疗效。方法:回顾分析2013年5月至2018年3月收治的24例Myerson Ⅲ型陈旧性跟腱断裂患者资料,均采用踇长屈肌腱转位修复,收集术前、术后对患者进行的美国足踝外科(AOFOS)后足评分及Leppilahti跟腱修复评定标准评分,评价患者跟腱功能,比较患者术前术后评分变化。结果:21例患者术后获12～26个月(平均16.4个月)门诊随访,其中有5例失访。随访患者切口均一期愈合,无感染、神经损伤及跟腱再断等并发症发生。末次随访时,21例患者Aoros后足评分由术前平均(52.6±15.4)分上升至(96.8±2.5)分; Leppilahti跟腱修复评定标准评分从术前(68.56±7.43)分提高到术后(92.58±5.1)分。以上项目术前与末次随访时比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:踇长屈肌腱移位修复陈旧性跟腱断裂可达到良好效果,提高患者运动功能,并发症少,临床效果满意。
