摘要:
目的:评价数字化夹板治疗A型桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年1～12月老年A 型桡骨远端骨折患者48例,随机分为数字化夹板固定组和传统夹板固定组,各24例。手法复位后分别采用数字化夹板和传统夹板固定,治疗后对两组患者1个月内生活质量,3个月时腕关节功能,影像学进行评价,并对数字化夹板的安全性进行评估。结果:随访3个月时两组腕关节功能均取得较高的评分,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组腕关节影像学评分优良率均大于80%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组在固定1周、2周、1个月时数字化夹板固定组的SF-36 评分高于传统夹板组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。数字化夹板固定组压疮发生率低于传统夹板固定组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:数字化夹板及传统夹板固定治疗A型桡骨远端骨折均可取得良好的临床疗效,但固定过程中数字化夹板固定组患者的生活质量及安全性均优于传统夹板固定组。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore clinical efficacy of digital splint on type A distal radius fracture. Methods:Forty-eight geratic cases with type A distal radius fracture between Jan 2016 and Dec 2016 were included in our study, and the cases were randomly divided into digital splint group and traditional splint group, 24 cases in each group. Manual reduction was followed by the two types of splint, the wrist joints function and radiography were evaluated at 3 months follow-up point. Quality of life was evaluated at1 week,2 weeks and 1 month point. Results:At 3 months of follow-up, the wrist joint function grades were both high in two groups, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). The rate of excellent and good radiography grades were both greater than 80% in two groups, and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05). At each follow-up point, the SF-36 score was higher in digital splint group(P<0.05). The incidence of decubitus in digital splint group was lower than that in traditional group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Favorable clinical efficacy could be acquired by both splints, but better quality of life and safety performance could be get in digital group than that in traditional group.
