摘要:
目的:探讨肩关节镜下缝合桥技术修复全层肩袖损伤的临床疗效。方法:病例选取2015年3月至2016年3月收治全层肩袖损伤30例患者,在关节镜下运用缝合桥技术修复全层肩袖损伤。其中男性15例,女性15例; 平均年龄(51.5±10.4)岁。记录手术前后肩关节VAS评分,手术前后肩关节量表评估和体格检查。功能评分采用美国加州大学肩关节评分(University of California at Los Angeles,UCLA)和美国肩与肘协会评分(American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeon's Form,ASES); 客观评测由医师检测肩关节前屈、外展和体侧外旋角度来记录。结果:术后VAS,UCLA和ASES评分较术前改善,术后平均前屈、外展和体侧外旋角度均较术前改善。结论:关节镜下缝合桥技术修复全层肩袖损伤可取得较满意疗效,是一种值得临床推广的方法。
