摘要:
目的:观察本院自制伤科热奄包预防手指屈肌腱开放性损伤术后粘连的临床疗效。方法:2016年 1月至2016年12月本科收治病人中符合本研究纳入标准的病例100例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组仅采用基础治疗方案,即传统手术治疗及相应固定方法,治疗组在基础治疗方案的基础上结合本院自制伤科热奄包治疗,两组门诊随访术后3个月,并进行功能评定及对比分析。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组术后肌腱粘连发生率及关节功能评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。显效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:伤科热奄包能有效的减轻手指屈肌腱开放性损伤术后肌腱粘连的发生率,改善关节功能,促进肌腱愈合,是一种简便、有效的治疗方法,有临床推广应用价值。
Abstract:
Objective:Observation of the self-made clinical department of Traumatology Reyanbao prevention of flexor tendon adhesion after the operation of open injury.Methods:From January 1,2016 to December 1,2016,100 cases of patients who were admitted to our department according to the criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group using only basic treatment:traditional surgical treatment and corresponding fixation methods in the treatment group based on the combination of the basic treatment made in our hospital department of Traumatology Reyanbao treatment group,two groups patient visits 3 months after the surgery and evaluation and comparative analysis.Results:Compared with the control group,the incidence of postoperative tendon adhesion in the treatment group,the difference of the joint function score was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Reyanbao may effectively reduce the flexor tendon of hand open injury patients with postoperative tendon adhesion incidence has significant effect on the healing of partial tendon injury.It is a simple and effective treatment method and has a certain the value of clinical application.
