摘要:
目的:评估纵向钢丝捆扎结合锚钉治疗髌骨下极骨折的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2013年1月至2016年2月手术治疗髌骨下极骨折的21例患者:男16例,女5例; 年龄23～56岁,平均43.6岁。根据AO分型为34-A1,所有患者均采用纵向钢丝捆扎结合锚钉治疗。定期随访,评估骨折愈合情况,有无复位丢失或钢丝断裂,观察有无切口并发症的发生,最后一次随访评价膝关节功能。结果:没有发生不愈合,没有复位丢失或钢丝断裂。手术切口均Ⅰ期愈合,无感染发生,没有发生内固定皮肤刺激。膝关节活动范围127.8°,Böstman评分系统评价膝关节功能:优18例,好3例,差0例,优良率100%,Böstman评分平均为28.6分。结论:纵向钢丝捆扎联合锚钉对髌韧带的Krackow编织缝合及髌骨的环扎缝合是治疗髌骨下极骨折的一个有效的技术,能够获得满意的临床疗效。
