摘要:
目的:探讨Hybrid外固定支架治疗严重开放性胫骨平台骨折的初步临床疗效。方法:2012年1月至2014年12月采用Hybrid外固定支架治疗严重开放性胫骨平台骨折7例,其中Schatzker Ⅴ型4例,Ⅵ型3例; Gustilo ⅡB型4例,ⅢA型2例,ⅢB型1例。结果:7例患者均获得随访,平均15.4个月(6～36个月); 7例骨折完全愈合,平均愈合时间为5.6个月(4～9个月),经过连续随访确定骨折愈合后即拆除外固定架。疗效按照Merchant评分标准:优 4 例,良 2例,可1 例,差0例。未发生膝关节不稳定,7例患者均能正常行走。结论:对于严重的开放性胫骨平台骨折,Hybrid外固定架可对骨折进行有效固定,对软组织干扰小,获得较好的临床效果。
