摘要:
目的:系统梳理当代中医治疗肩周炎的学术团队及其学术思想,评估肩周炎中医治疗的现状。方法:检索中国知网1959年至2015年2月关于中医治疗肩周炎的文献,导出文献题录; 应用正则表达式提取作者及关键词信息; 依据普赖斯定律确定核心作者候选人; 建立核心作者的关系网络,并采用NetDraw软件做可视化处理; 分析核心团队并总结其主要学术思想,评估中医治疗肩周炎的学术现状。结果:检索获得文献5 226篇,核心作者候选人18人,主要的学术团队3支,学术思想分别为平衡针治疗、经皮穴位电刺激和三维动态牵伸回旋法。结论:目前中医治疗肩周炎的学术思想未成体系,治疗以功能锻炼、针灸、推拿、针刀为主,研究热点多集中在“平衡针理论”与“经皮穴位电刺激”疗法。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze and evaluate the contemporary TCM academic teams' treatment of periarthritis of shoulder. Methods: By retrieving literature of TCM therapy about periarthritis of shoulder based on CNKI(from 1959 to February 2015), we export biblios and use regular expressions to extract information about authors and key words, screening core authors relying on Price Law, and building network with tool of NetDraw sofeware to analyze and summarize the academic teams and their thoughts. Finally, we evaluate the contemporary TCM treatment of periarthritis of shoulder. Results: There are 5226 of periarthritis of shoulder research records and 18 core authors were found, divided into 3 parts. Balance acupuncture, transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation and 3D dynamic manipulation of extending, dragging and rotating were included. Conclusion: Academic thought of Chinese medicine treatment for periarthritis of shoulder currently does not become a system, functional exercise, acupuncture, massage and acupotome are commonly used. Intense research is the “balance acupuncture” and “transcutaneous point electric stimulation”.
