摘要:
目的:分析膝关节骨性关节炎患者肌骨超声滑膜病变表现与Lysholm评分的相关性。方法:采用横断面观察研究,收集整理2015年2月至2015年12月门诊病例,按照纳入标准和排除标准收集膝关节骨性关节炎诊断患者的X线片、肌骨超声表现以及Lysholm评分表,共纳入77例,其中女66例,男11例; 年龄44~77岁,平均(57.39±6.41)岁; 主要症状以双膝或单膝关节疼痛、活动受限为主,平均病程(13.6±3.0)个月。应用多重线性回归分析建立回归方程,分析肌骨超声滑膜病变表现与Lysholm评分的相关性。结果:肌骨超声表现滑膜增生、关节积液与Lysholm评分的回归方程差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肌骨超声检查可以较好地显示关节内滑膜病变情况,主要表现为滑膜增生、关节积液,滑膜增生与关节交锁相关性较大,关节积液与支撑相关性较大。
Abstract:
Objective:Synovial pathology is a common pathological manifestation in patients with osteoarthritis of the knee.To analyze correlationship between synovial pathology detected by ultrasound and Lysholm score in knee osteoarthritis patients.Methods:In the cross-sectional observational study,screening by inclusion and exclusion criteria,77 cases have been collected from February 2015 to December 2015,66 female and 11 male,the average age was(57.39±6.41)years,single or both knee pain and joint locked,their average course of disease was(13.6±3.0)months.Then the multiple regression equation was applied for the linear regression analysis of correlation between the synovial pathology detected by ultrasound and Lysholm scores.Results:There was statistical significance in the regression equation of effusion,synovial hypertrophy,and Lysholm scales(P<0.05).Conclusion:Musculoskeletal ultrasound can show the joint synovial lesions,the main manifestations are synovial hypertrophy and joint effusion.The synovial hypertrophy is moderately correlated with locking,and joint effusion is moderately correlated with supporting.
