摘要:
目的:评价退行性腰椎滑脱症治疗与康复方案的临床疗效。方法:退行性腰椎滑脱症患者535例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组接受坐位腰椎旋转复位法+腰椎康复操治疗,对照组接受腰椎牵引+佩戴腰围治疗,进行VAS评分、JOA积分评价,疗程3周,随访6个月。结果:治疗结束后两组VAS评分、JOA积分、有效率比较(观察组有效率为72.14%,对照组有效率为60.38%),观察组均优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访期两组JOA积分、有效率比较(观察组有效率为66.79%,对照组有效率为53.21%),观察组均优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:退行性腰椎滑脱症治疗与康复方案疗效肯定,随访期疗效稳定。
Abstract:
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of the treatment of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis(DLS).Methods:All 535 patients with DLS were randomly divided into test group,the patients in which group were treated combined with sitting lumbar rotation reduction and the lumbar rehabilitation,and control group,the patients in which group were treated by spine lumbar traction and waist line brake method.All patients were recorded by JOA score and VAS score with treatment for 3 weeks and followed-up for 6 months.Results:The JOA score,VAS score,and efficiency rate(observation group was 72.14%,the control group was 60.38%)of test group were better than the control group(P<0.05)three weeks after treatment.The JOA score,VAS score,and efficiency rate(observation group was 66.79%,the control group was 53.21%)of test group were better than the control group(P<0.05)at 6th months followed-up.Conclusion:The treatment and rehabilitation program is effective for treating DLS,and the clinical effect is stable for 6th month period followed-up.
