摘要:
目的:探讨膝关节镜清理术联合去神经化治疗膝骨性关节炎(KOA)患者的临床疗效。方法:收集本院骨科2012年4月至2014年4月收治的87例(87膝)患者进行回顾性分析,其中46膝采用膝关节镜清理术联合去神经化治疗(联合组),41膝采用膝关节镜清理术治疗(对照组),对比两种手术方法对患者膝关节功能恢复的影响。结果:术后3个月、6个月两组患者的Lysholm评分较术前均显著提高(P<0.05),在术后3个月、6个月联合组患者的Lysholm评分均显著高于同期对照组患者(P<0.05); 末次随访时,联合组患者的膝关节优良率89.13%,显著高于对照组的70.73%(P<0.05); 术后,联合组对手术的满意程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:膝关节镜清理术联合去神经化治疗KOA患者,较单纯应用关节镜实施清理手术具有一定的优势。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic debridement combined with denervation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)patients. Methods:87 cases(87 knees)treated in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2014 were collected for retrospective analysis, including 46 knees treated by arthroscopic debridement combined with denervation(combined group), and 41 knees treated by arthroscopic debridement(control group). The effects of two kinds of surgical methods on recovery of knee joint were compared. Results:After 3 months and 6 months, the Lysholm scores of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05), and the Lysholm score of the combined group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At the last follow-up, the excellent and good rate of the knee joint of the combined group was 89.13%, which was significantly higher than 70.73% of the control group(P<0.05).After operation, the satisfaction degree of the combined group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the simple application of arthroscopic debridement, arthroscopic debridement combined with denervation for the treatment of KOA has certain advantages.
