无头加压螺钉治疗Mason Ⅲ型桡骨头骨折22例

摘要:
目的:探讨应用无头加压螺钉治疗Mason Ⅲ型单纯桡骨头骨折的疗效。方法:回顾2012年12月至2015年12月采用切开复位Acumed微小型无头加压螺钉内固定治疗单纯Mason Ⅲ型桡骨头骨折22例,根据术中固定后骨折的稳定情况,达到稳定固定者术后3日即开始肘关节屈伸及旋转功能锻炼; 对于稳定性略有欠缺者未改行钢板固定,术后支具外固定3周后行肘关节屈伸及旋转功能锻炼。结果:术后切口均I期愈合,全部患者均获随访,平均随访时间16(7～23)个月。根据Broberg和Morrey评分评价肘关节功能:优10例,良9例,可3例,优良率86.4%.结论:应用无头加压螺钉治疗Mason Ⅲ型单纯桡骨头骨折安全可行,可于最佳的力学位置固定,不受桡骨头安全区的限制,不占用桡骨头周围容积,不造成韧带组织激惹,稳定性可靠,有利于肘关节功能的恢复。
