摘要:
目的:总结全膝关节置换术后Insall Ⅱ型骨折应用MIPO技术治疗股骨假体周围骨折的经验和体会。方法:自2010年6月至2014年12月收治人工膝关节置换术Insall Ⅱ型股骨假体周围骨折病人13例,均行手术治疗,手术采用微创闭合复位,经骨膜外与肌肉间插入钢板,经皮小切口将锁定螺钉与钢板的螺孔固定。结果:术后随访12～36个月,平均23.2个月。13例病人骨折获得骨性愈合。HSS评分平均87.5分。结论:术前应根据此型骨折特点全面计划,选择微创闭合复位内固定,可获满意疗效。
