摘要:
目的:观察手法配合局部臭氧注射治疗臀中肌综合征的临床疗效。方法:自2012年6月至2015年5月收治臀中肌综合征患者60例,年龄35～70岁,平均54.2岁。病程2个月～3年,平均18.3个月。随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组采用单纯手法治疗,隔天1次,5次为1个疗程。观察组采用手法与局部臭氧注射配合治疗,痛点局部臭氧注射后马上行手法治疗,隔天1次,5次为1个疗程。一个疗程结束后,采用疗效评定标准判定患者的临床疗效,观察两组治疗有效率的差别。结果:经过1个疗程治疗后对照组与观察组治疗有效率有统计学差异(P<0.05); 疗程结束后3个月复查,对照组6例复发,观察组仅2例复发,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:手法配合局部臭氧注射治疗臀中肌综合征疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Abstract:
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of manual therapy and local ozone injection in treatment of middle gluteal muscle syndrome. Methods:60 patients with middle gluteal muscle syndrome were randomly divided into two groups according to treatment order,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with simple manual therapy every other day,5 times for a course. The observation group was treated with local ozone injection in pain point before the manual therapy every other day,5 times for a course. After a course of treatment,the changes of pain visual analogue scale(VAS)before and after treatment were observed,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated by the standard of curative effect evaluation,and the difference between the two groups was observed. Results:The two groups had a statistically difference on the VAS score after a course of treatment. The treatment effect between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The effect of manual therapy combined with local ozone injection in the treatment of middle gluteal muscle syndrome is significant,and it is worthy of clinical application.
